Clicking Message Templates in the sidebar brings you to your template library:
- WhatsApp Templates: Formatted with bold text, bullet points, emojis, and clickable links.
- Email Templates: HTML-ready formatted emails with headers, company logo, and download buttons.

#3. Creating a New Template (Step-by-Step)
- Click Message Templates in the sidebar.
- Click
+ Create Template. - Enter a descriptive Template Title (e.g., "Site Visit Confirmation (WhatsApp)").
- Select the Channel: WhatsApp or Email.
- Write your message in the text area. Click any of the Merge Tag Badges below the editor to insert placeholders directly into your text.
- Check the Live Preview Box on the right side to see exactly how your message will look on a customer's phone screen.
- Click Save Template.

Once templates are saved, any sales agent can dispatch them in seconds:
- Open any Lead Profile.
- Click the Send Message button at the top.
