Chapter 11: Project Drive & Buyer Asset Sharing

Real estate marketing materials are heavy. A single high-resolution project brochure, 3D master layout, or promotional walkthrough video can easily exceed 20 to 50 megabytes.

When agents try to send these heavy files as direct attachments on WhatsApp or email, three problems occur:

1. The customer's WhatsApp download fails due to low mobile data.
2. The customer's phone memory fills up, causing them to delete the brochure.
3. The sales manager has no idea if the agent sent the latest approved rate card or an outdated, incorrect pricing sheet.

The Central Project Drive (/drive) solves this completely.

#1. Central Drive Hub

Clicking Project Drive in the sidebar opens your digital asset repository:

• Organized by Project: Every real estate project has its own dedicated folder.
• Categorized Document Types:
  • Brochures & Catalogs (📘): Official e-brochures, lifestyle imagery, and project overviews.
  • Floor Plans & Layouts (📐): Unit plans for 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, penthouses, and cluster master layouts.
  • Pricing & Payment Schedules (💰): Approved base rate cards, floor rise rules, payment milestone plans, and stamp duty estimates.
  • Legal & Approvals (⚖️): RERA certificates, environmental clearances, title deed verification summaries, and bank pre-approval approval letters (SBI, HDFC, ICICI).
  • Site Videos & Photos (🎥): Construction progress photos, drone walkthroughs, and model flat virtual tours.

#2. Uploading Files to Project Drive

To add new documents to a project:

1. Navigate to Project Drive or click the Drive tab inside any Project page.
2. Select the destination project.
3. Click + Upload Files.
4. Drag and drop your PDFs, images (PNG, JPG), or video links.
5. Tag the file with a descriptive label (e.g., "Palm Meadows - Master 3BHK Cluster Plan (Updated Sep 2026)").
6. Click Save & Upload.

Once uploaded, the file is instantly accessible to your entire sales team from their laptops and smartphones.

#3. Generating Secure Public Download Links (/d/{token})

Instead of sending heavy 40MB PDF attachments over WhatsApp, SG Lead Pro allows you to generate instant, secure public links:

#How Public Links Work:

• The customer clicks the link in their WhatsApp or SMS message.

• The customer can inspect the floor plan or brochure directly on-screen without downloading, or tap Download PDF if they want to save it.
• Expiry Controls: Administrators can configure links to expire after 7 or 14 days, preventing outdated pricing sheets from circulating months later.

#4. 1-Click WhatsApp & Email File Sharing Directly from CRM

You can share brochures and cost sheets with a customer directly from their Lead Profile:

1. Open the customer's Lead Profile.
2. Click the Share Documents button.
3. Check the boxes beside the files you wish to share:
   • [✔] Official E-Brochure (PDF)
   • [✔] 3BHK East-Facing Floor Plan
   • [✔] Current Cost Sheet & Payment Schedule
4. Click Share via WhatsApp:
   • SG Lead Pro creates an encrypted public download link.

5. Click Send via Email:
   • A professional HTML email is dispatched to the client with tracked download buttons.
