Chapter 3: Dashboard & Executive Command Center

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when logging into SG Lead Pro. It serves as your personal cockpit, giving business owners, sales directors, and agents an immediate bird's-eye view of their sales health for the day, week, or month.

Instead of hunting through spreadsheets or running manual calculations, the dashboard updates in real-time as inquiries arrive and deals progress.

#1. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Metric Cards

At the very top of the dashboard, you will find a row of vital performance cards:

KPI Card What It Measures Why It Matters to Your Business
Total Inquiries (Leads) The total number of unique client inquiries received within the selected period. Measures top-of-funnel marketing volume and campaign reach.
Active Pipeline Value Total estimated monetary value of all deals currently progressing through qualification, site visits, and negotiation. Tells leadership how much potential revenue is currently in play.
Today's Follow-ups The number of scheduled calls, WhatsApp check-ins, and meetings due today. Ensures zero customer inquiries are neglected or forgotten.
Scheduled Site Visits Total property walkthroughs scheduled for today and the upcoming week. Site visits are the #1 predictor of real estate deal closures.
Conversion Rate (%) The percentage of total inquiries that successfully reached Deal Won status. Measures sales effectiveness, lead quality, and team closing capability.
Unassigned Leads New inquiries that have not yet been assigned to any sales representative. Critical alert metric: unassigned leads go cold in minutes!
Important

Role-Based Numbers:

  • If you are a Company Administrator, your KPI cards calculate data across the entire organization.
  • If you are a Sales Manager, your cards calculate data for your assigned team members.
  • If you are a Sales Executive, your cards calculate only your personal pipeline, tasks, and site visits.

#2. The Visual Conversion Funnel

Below the top KPI cards, the dashboard displays your Sales Conversion Funnel. This visual pipeline shows exactly where prospects are dropping off and where your team is excelling:

Funnel Stage Typical Conversion % Conversion Health Indicator & Business Meaning
1. New Inquiries 100% Total inflow baseline of inbound and campaign leads
2. Contacted & Qualified 68% Response Rate: Prospects successfully reached and qualified by agents
3. Site Visits Conducted 24% Walk-In Ratio: Qualified prospects attending physical project walkthroughs
4. Offers & Negotiations 12% Closing Ratio: Serious buyers actively negotiating pricing and payment terms
5. Deals Won & Booked 6.5% Final Conversion: Executed buyer bookings with token deposit paid

#How to Use Funnel Insights:

  • High drop-off between New $\rightarrow$ Contacted: Your agents may be taking too long to make the first phone call. Consider turning on automated round-robin lead assignment and checking agent response times.
  • High drop-off between Contacted $\rightarrow$ Site Visit: Inquiries may need better qualification, or agents may need more compelling project brochures and video walkthroughs to encourage clients to visit.
  • High drop-off between Site Visit $\rightarrow$ Deal Won: Review pricing, unit availability, negotiation flexibility, or competitor offerings.

#3. Today's Action Center & Daily Schedule

In the center of the dashboard, you will find your Daily Schedule Widget:

  1. Pending Follow-ups for Today:
    • Lists client names, scheduled call times, and task notes.
    • Click the green phone icon to dial immediately.
    • Click the green checkmark (✔) to mark the follow-up complete.
  2. Today's Site Visits:
    • Shows which clients are scheduled to visit which project, at what time, and which sales rep will receive them.
    • Click directly on the lead name to view driving directions, client budget, and family requirements.
  3. Overdue Action Alerts:
    • Highlighted in red: any task or visit that was scheduled for yesterday or earlier that has not been logged or marked done.

#4. Lead Source & Campaign ROI Breakdown

Knowing which advertising channel drives your actual buyers is the secret to scaling profits:

  • Source Breakdown Pie Chart: Displays inquiries grouped by channel:
    • Meta Lead Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Google Search Ads
    • Real Estate Portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com)
    • Organic Website / Landing Page
    • Direct Walk-in / Reference / Telecalling
    • CSV Bulk Upload
  • Conversion by Channel: Shows not just how many leads a channel produced, but which channel delivered the highest percentage of closed bookings.

#5. Timeframe Filters: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Custom

At the top-right of the dashboard, you can switch the reporting period with 1 click:

  • Today: Great for daily morning stand-ups and evening wrap-ups.
  • This Week: Track progress against weekly sales targets.
  • This Month: Review monthly closing quotas and marketing spend efficiency.
  • Custom Range: Pick any start and end date to review seasonal campaigns or quarter-end performance.
